The mission of CSS is to provide quick, courteous and accurate information to every REALTOR® who calls in to make a showing appointment, and every homeseller who relies on the CSS information about scheduled appointments and showing feedback. Upon becoming a home-selling client of The Associates & Jeff Brand, we will set up a specific CSS account for you with personal login information.  Once logged in, you as the homeowner will be able to see all scheduled showing appointments and the feedback provided by each of the Buyer Agents who have visited your home, whether previewing the property for a potential buying client or actually showing the property to their buying clients. With CSS' automated technology, Buyer Agent feedback is solicited for every appointment, up to three attempts.  We visually monitor the feedback as well.   When we discover a Buyer Agent who has visited your property more than once, we personally follow up with them by phone to inquire about the home-buyer's interest as well as promote your home and answer any questions they may have about your property.  Please note that "no news is good news," as history has shown that many comments found in feedback pertain to negative issues about the property.  If no specific feedback is provided, then most likely your home just didn't meet the needs of the home buyer; no particular bad issues with your home.
